2 weeks in a row my whole order has been messed up, rang them and was told if I'm not happy with it not to return. 20 mile round trip to collect food and wasn't even offered replacement or refund.

Hit and miss depending who's serving. Sometimes the staff & owners look hostile, portions small and donar meat dry. Then at times it's great. Abit pricey though. However probably the best place for a kebab in Ludlow.
